Xeric gardening is one of our specialties.  This 1/4 acre property was designed in collaboration with our lovable client. 

 

They wanted lots of color, so we created ecosystems that promote propagation for self-sowing annuals of all shapes and sizes.Custom Irrigation reduced water bills over 40%.  Automated lights were added for extra ambiance. 

 

Extensive care over the years reduced maintenance time and costs.  Trees and perennials damaged in a winter storm have been pruned for over six years.  Organic practices eliminated the use of pesticides while minimizing unnecessary fertilizers (birds, bees, beneficial insects, and lizards love it).  With our sustainable applications and designs, the property has become nearly self-sufficient, making maintenance a dream.
